Rating: 9/10
This book is where the series starts to get intense. Though it is one of two books where Harry does not face Voldemort, he has to face dementors instead. They are foul creatures that inhibit your ability to think happy thoughts and posses the power to literally suck out your soul. They also turn out to be Harry's greatest fear. The fact that one of Harry's father's best friends is their teacher also adds to the story. The best part is that Harry finds out that Sirius Black, who was wrongly convicted of brutally murdering 13 people is actually his godfather, and the real perpetrator is Peter Pettigrew who is a servant of Voldemort and disguised as a rat. The reason this book is not a ten is that Harry chose to have mercy on Pettigrew instead of killing him, even though he pretty much killed his parents. I think this is a fantastic book which you should definitely read. Happy Reading!
